At our first meeting
  • Learn about you and why you are selling your home, timing issues and plans for new home.
  • Tell you about me ,our company and how I work
  • Explain home selling process, view my custom flow chart.
  • Tour the home and review the floor plan, history, square footage, surveys, covenants and restrictions, home owners associations, schools, additions and what items do not convey with home.

    At our second meeting
    • Review my suggested listing price and recommendations to prepare for showings.
    • Best case and worst case NET estimates after settlement
    • Sign Listing Contract.

    • Take interior and exterior digital photos.

    • Enter home into Local and Charlottesville's Multiple Listing System (MLS) that will instantly reach over 400 realtors instantly.

    • Publish Ads in Staunton & Waynesboro' s real estate publications and others if appropriate for listing.
    • Schedule Open house for Realtors and the Public.
